Ethereal, like a nocturne by Chopin, the magnolia bush flows through the image. Melina Mörsdorf shot the blossoms of a star magnolia in the middle of the night. Velvety blurriness, brilliant white petals and gnarled branches build up seemingly infinite depth in the motif.
