All items are shipped from Hamburg-Altona with a tracking number.

Shipping usually takes 5-20 working days.

Please note that the prices include the German VAT of 19%. For orders outside the EU, import taxes and customs duties may apply. The recipient is the registered importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.

If customs clearance procedures are required, this may result in delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If an item is not picked up and returned to us, we will contact you to reship it.
